We’re currently seeking a Behaviour Analyst who is either: An accredited Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) (or Board Certified Behaviour Analyst - BCBA equivalent), and; At least a Proficient Level Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner under the NDIS Commission (or willing to apply for Core Level as a minimum). About the Role: Oversee and supervise high-quality therapy programs for children and young people with developmental delays and disabilities. Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Positive Behaviour Support plans. Provide coaching and mentorship to a team of therapists. Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to achieve meaningful, individualised outcomes for each child. Maintain clinical documentation and reporting to a high standard in line with best practices and NDIS requirements. You are registered as a Proficient Level PBS Practitioner or higher under the NDIS Commission. (Applicants willing to apply for Core Level are encouraged to apply.) You have at least 1–2 years of clinical supervision experience , leading therapy teams and supporting therapy programs for children aged between 2–16 years . You have experience designing, implementing, and supervising evidence-based behaviour support plans, with a strong commitment to client outcomes.
